Yea, I’m one busy bee! haha. I have been working, working, working, working, and working! haha. And working out. Staying strong with Insanity! Heckkk yea! And eating healthy foods. Got to go run some errands! Laterrrrr.

I hope that skating burns a lot of calories cause i’ve skated for atleast 2 hours! hahaha.

I love working. I love giving everything 100 %. But i’m so tired. I need sleep. NOW. Butttttttttttt, I gotta do some school work 🙂  Sorry I havn’t had time for my blog! There is just NO time. Ill find the time tho!

 

For breakfast, I had Kashi Go Lean! cereal with skim milk, a few blueberries, and eight almonds!  Delishhhhhh. I love Kashi Go Lean! cereal, because it has SO much protein to be a cereal. I strive to get as much protein as I can!

Cleaned up with house, FINALLY unpacked from the beach, and washed clothes! I love the feeling of cleanliness!

I listened to this song, over and over again, during my workout, and while cleaning this morning. I am in love with it.

Speaking of workout, Today, I did Insanity Day four: Cardio power & resistance.

I love this one! It focuses a little more on working the muscles, instead of just ALL cardio! Its definitely one of the favs. 😉

When I crave something, I usually crave carbs. What person doesn’t?! But lately, ALL I have craved is protein, so protein it is.

Todays lunch: Mahi-Mahi Fish( Which was SO amazing last night, I just had to have it again 😉 ), and a simple salad. Which included: romaine lettuce, carrots, a tablespoon of chocolate chips(its good!) and some balsomic vinegerette. And 8 animal crackers!

I gotta go do some schooooool work! Boooo. Anywho, Have a great day! 😉

As soon as I introduced the ‘Brownie in a mug’ to my dad, he has been bugging me EVERY night, for me to make one for him! They are not necessarily ‘healthy’ but it is a single serving size. Therefore, there aren’t anymore there saying ‘eat me, eat me’.  Sorrrrry ’bout the ugly picture!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup sugar ( I usually cut out about half of that)

2 Tblsp. baking cocoa powder

2 Tblsp. oil

2 Tblsp. water

Mix all ingredients together and heat in microwave for 45-50 seconds. Be sure not to burn it!

I found that 45 seconds was perfect. 5o seconds made it the consistancy of  cake. 60 seconds BURNED that baby! haha.

Has not been the best day of my life. Not the worst either. Went grocery shopping this morning. I was in Wal-Mart for TWO hours. Yeah, but alteast I was in Greek yogurt heaven for a few minutes!

I also seen this sweet little puppy that was being given away. Hopefully, he went to a good home, cause he was cute GORGEOUS!

Breakfast: Subway

Morning Snack: A few semi-sweet chocolate chips

Lunch: Tomato with cottage cheese

Afternoon snack:

Dinner: WILL be Grilled Mahi-Mahi fish and some kind of veggie….Probably broccoli.

I didn’t post about any workout yesterday, but I did a 10 minute interval run. Yesterday was ‘rest’ day for Insanity. I switch the Insanity calendar up!I dont like taking a rest day on a certain day EVERY week. I like to be able to pick my day, depending on my mood.

Today, however, I did Insanity day three:

Anyways, other than that, I’ve been doing more school work for my online class, took the dogs for a walk, and i’m about to go eat. 😉

I start work tomorrow, so PRAY FOR ME! lol.

Last night, around 8:30, I got a JOB! Yes, my first real job. At the one and only…..

I’m so excited, but scared at the same time! After that, around 9:45, I did a 10 minute interval run. Which was really fun! I have never ran intervals before and I really enjoyed it. Time seemed to go by A LOT faster than it does just running miles.

This A.M. I woke up  8:30 and had a delishhhhh breakfast of Greek yogurt with honey, and a frozen banana!

Since then, I have been busting my butt doing school work. I’m trying to get a little bit ahead so when I start working I wont have SO much to study for my quiz coming up. And I had a little heart attack when I was typing an assignment, and the whole thing all of a sudden deleted. Luckily, I was able to get it back! 🙂 

Sociology is a VERY interesting subject. I just wish I didn’t have to take it online, because honestly there is a lot more work to be done! Oh, well! 😉 I happened to peek over and I seen this little girl playing with one of her toys!

For lunch, I had seasoned Tilapia, a salad that consisted of spinach, mushrooms, carrots, parm. cheese, and Italian dressing, and 1/4 of a banana with honey! 

 Here is the seasoning I ALWAYS use to season fish EVERYTHING! It’s the McCormick Perfect Pinch Savory All-Purpose seasoning. And the best part is…It’s SALT-FREE!

Time to do some more school work, and workouttttt. Later gators 😉

This afternoon, my neigbor brought over some local honey. Which is AMAZING! I had to have it with my afternoon snack! Plain Greek yogurt with local (clover?) honey = the bomb.com. Seriously…

After the dogs’ walk this morning, they had sandspurs stuck ALL in their fur. They are very furry lil creatures! 😉 That calls for a bath.. I have NEVER seen two dogs who hate baths soo much. You can basically consider them cats! They’re not happy campers with me right now!

Which lead me to dinner! Tonight, I had the Viola! Beef Lomein. Which was not. so. great… I hate water chesnuts  & it had just that in it. Tons of them too! Thats great if you fancy them, but they’re just not my thing!

Anywhooo, time to unpack from the beach. Wahhhh. Have an amazing rest of the night!

Around 11 a.m.  I HAD to take a little cat nap. Well, Lets just say that catnap lasted for about one and a half hours! Usually, Lil munchkin wakes me up, but today I had to wake her up!

Around 12:30, I was READY  MORE THAN READY for some lunch! Todays lunch including a chicken sandwich. 1 Sandwich round, grilled chicken, ketchup, and mustard. Andddd a side of broccoli with salsa. I also had a little brownie, which I forgot to picture. Bella was probably thinking, “Yummmy! Can I have some mama?!” Pshhhhtt.

Like my fork?! I like LOVE this folk. Basically, I use it everyday! 😉

Did that workout thang. Which consisted of Insanity Day 1 & I’ll probably do some intervals later on tonight.

Talk about challenging! Insanity is probably the hardest workout program out there! I have had this program for a while, but never got around to actually doing the WHOLE 60 days, cause I missed running, and school just stressed me completely out! But now, since its summer va-cay time, I am going to complete it. That means hardly no running for sixty days:( Maybe sometimes I will be able to sneak a little run in here and there, but after this program….I am starting to train for a half marathon… that is in october!!

I am not a morning person. But, my baby girl aka Bella still insists on waking me up at 6:30 every morning!

This morning, I realllly wanted something cold, such as a smoothie or cereal, but we had no milk or frozen bananas! So I had a Healthified English McMuffin! Which consisted of 1 whole wheat english muffin, 2 eggs(1 whole egg, and 1 egg white) and a smidge of homemade pear jam! Which I forgot to take a picture of… Sorry! And I had some pumpkin seeds!

Then, my pups were beggin’ for some attention, so I took them on their daily walk to a trail where in live.

They love going for little walks! Their backs can’t handle much walking so I only take the about 1/4 of a mile on a wooded trail that goes down to a waterfall & then we climb back up it! Can ya spot Sadie? 😉

I usually end up carrying Bella back, while Sadie walks. Sadie is such a trooper! Bella on the other hand…Not so much! Tired little baby!

Time to do that workout thang! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
